At Darclore, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not, here's our returns policy:
Non-Returnable Items
Products under the Sale or Clearance section are not eligible for returns or replacement, unless damaged/defective or wrong item received.
Colour Variance
- Please note that shade appearance may vary on different devices and screens.
- The shades of our camouflage concealer creams may appear darker in the product images than they do when applied to the skin. This is because the colours are depicted in a studio setting, and the actual shade may vary when applied to different skin tones.
- For customers with Indian fair skin, our best-selling shades are Rhapsody, Peach, and Olive. These shades tend to provide a natural-looking coverage for fair skin tones.
- To ensure the best match, please refer to the shade description catalogue. If you're unsure, contact our customer support team for assistance. Please note that we do not accept returns of opened products due to incorrect shade selection.
Customizing Your Shade
If you have a unique skin tone, you may need to mix two shades to achieve the perfect match. Our camouflage concealer creams are designed to be blendable, allowing you to customize your shade to suit your individual skin tone. If you're unsure about which shade to choose or need help mixing a custom shade, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Eligible Returns
Product returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged during shipping
- Wrong item received
- Item seal was broken or tampered with
- Items are expired.
Refund and Return Procedure
- For unused and unopened products, returns and refunds can be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, subject to our returns policy conditions being met.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you've read and understood our returns policy.
Cancellation Policy
Check the status of your product. If it has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to process your cancellation and refund. If it has not then we will validate your request and begin the refund process.
In both these cases, it could take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
